In order to undergo free chest x – ray – register with your GP doctor

The Chest X – ray

1. The GP appointment – receive laboratory order for x- ray at ZOZ Nidzica

2. The X – ray room at the ZOZ Nidzica, Mickiewicza 25, I floor. Filling the registration card of the project. Performing x – ray test from Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 21:00. There is no previous registration needed.

3. Collecting of results at the X – ray room ZOZ Nidzica

Spirometry testing

In order to undergo free spirometry test – register at Information Point ZOZ Nidzica from 02.05.2016
